At B&O Field the Tega Cay Coyotes easily handled the Baltimore Engineers by
the score of 11 to 7.
Tega Cay had the winning rally in the 8th inning as they scored 5 runs on 5
base hits. The highlight belonged to Kevin Mench who deflated the crowd as
he doubled plating two runs. Tega Cay had 15 hits overall, while Baltimore
had 9.
Tomokazu Ohka(1-0) allowed 6 runs in 7 innings, and picked up the victory.
T.J. Mathews(0-0) ended up with the loss in relief. He was unable to retire
a batter giving up 3 hits and 1 walk.
