Every Emerald had at least 2 hits and every Emerald had a run scored and an RBI except for Mark Little. Wellemeyer pitched well, but surrendered a two-out grand slam to Emil Brown. Emeralds just kept hitting, though, scoring in every inning except for the first and 8th.
